About Dr.Levin
My specialty – and my passion – is working with families and individuals who are dealing with a psychological crisis. In addition to helping people respond immediately to the crisis, I am an educator who teaches about every aspect of the situation, from how the mental health system works to understanding what the person in crisis is experiencing, such as suicidal depression, auditory hallucinations, mania, paranoia, etc.
I provide consultation to families, organizations, and others who are dealing with a person in crisis. When facing a psychological crisis it is essential to quickly develop specific plans and strategies. I take a pragmatic, problem-solving approach that helps everyone involved gain control of the situation.
